The LSV U.S. Managed Volatility Fund applies the LSV quantitative model to a universe of stocks to create and maintain a broadly diversified portfolio of primarily large and mid cap U.S. listed equities. The Fund will typically have deep value orientation relative to the Fund benchmark, including low price to earnings, low price to cash flow, and high dividend yield relative to the Fund benchmark. The Fund also seeks to manage volatility by selecting stocks whose total returns are expected to fluctuate less than those of the equity markets as a whole.

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. In addition, investments in smaller and medium sized companies typically exhibit higher volatility. International investments may involve risk of capital loss from unfavorable fluctuation in currency values, from differences in generally accepted accounting principles or from economic or political instability in other nations. Diversification does not prevent all investment losses.
